Alan has served for nearly 40 years as FD and CFO for a number of private companies. Most notably, sitting on the Board of The Acorn Group and presiding over the company’s growth from one local branch to 40 offices. Alan was instrumental in the emergence of the business as one of the UK's most successful independent residential estate agency groups. Alan specialises in secured and unsecured debt leverage, as well as structuring capital investments and joint ventures.
